Formating Issue

First I just wanted to say thank you to everyone at Chronoengine. Chronoforms is amazing and has helped me immensely.

My question is in regard to a form I have made and some random text that appears at the top of the form.

Right above and to the left of "Before Applying" the characters "&g" appear.

Does anyone have an idea why?
