webbuilders 26 Jan, 2011
Hi i would like the emails that my customer gets to show him the IP's country from which he made the enquiry. How can i add that at the email's template.

Thanks

Hi,

You can show the IP only, but to get the country from the IP you need some IP to Country list or service, I didn't use one before but you may find some PHP code online for that.

Hi webbuilders,

Try Googling on 'IP Geolocation'.

I have found many tools doing that but my problem is to add that at email template of chronoform.

For example someone sends an email from England. I want when the mail delivered to my client at the bottom of the email instead of submitted by 196.64.xx.xx ip to show submitted by England. I have not found a solution yet

Hi webbuildres,

You an add pretty much any PHP you like in the OnSubmit Before Email box to do the conversion then save the result in the $_POST array.
