No error message (anti spam) if form in module

Hi, Ive been trying to get the anti-spam image verification to work correctly. At the moment I have the form loaded using the module and if the user gets the code wrong the page refreshes without an error message. If I use the plugin and include it in an article it works. Can you help please.

I think this is how this version works because a redirect occurs, I will try to fix the issue in V4

Hi Max, how it works..you mean a bug? Is there a way around this, as at the moment the user won't know if the form has been submitted or not.
