Chronoforms and cache issue

Hi,

I am using the module to display the chronoforms and using the sh404sef component for my site. The problem is with joomla cache. If the form is submitted and the cache is enabled then it shows the below error instead of process the form.

"You are not allowed to access this URL"

If i disable the cache then it submits the forms and redirected to the thank you page.(working properly).

Hi,

some ideas:

1-Try to disable the "checktoken" option under the "general" tab in your form.
2- increase the session life time in Joomla's global config
3- use the new V4

Thanks for the reply.

I have tried the steps above(except new version. Now only we have moved our website to cloud server and cache is enabled). But nothing changed. Only one form is working fine in my site. That form is called by mod_chronocontact module. I tried the same for the other forms also. But if i wrongly entered the captcha it comes back to the form and do not showing that "You have entered wrong verification code" and also the session values are not staying.

The problem is.

The Non-sef URL issue will be solved if i call the form through module but the wrong captcha notification and session values issue is exist.
If i call the form through menu type as chronoforms, the captcha and session values totally the form is working fine except the non-sef URL in the wrong captcha scenario.[/list]

Can you please try the new V4 ? there is no supported "module" for it yet though, you can install it beside your current version just to test it out, let me know if it works fine or not and I may prepare a module for you quickly if so.
