Form with fileupload present error 1.

I created simple form with 5 elements. I am using v 3.2.0 with Joomla v 1.5.22

One of it is the filename for uploading file.
The field for the filename is not compulsory.

If I specify a filename to upload it does not give me any error while I press submit.
The form is successfully process and email to my account.

However if I don't specify a file and press submit, it will display an error as per attached.

It's only a No icon and '1.' with red background.

Any ideas?
