Alignment form with module on the left

if i insert a module on the left, the alignment change...
in two images in attachment are shown the differences..

Can you help me?

It looks as though the ChronoForms CSS/JS files aren't being loaded in the second example. Some script compressor add-ins have this result. Hard to say any more without seeing the page code.

Thanks for the links. There are two different form on those two paes. One of them is not loading the ChronoForms JS/CSS files. This may be because the box isn't checked on the form General tab, ob because something else on your site is blocking them.

the two page relate to the same form. The second is includedin an article with the following code {chronocontact}form_name{/ chronocontact}
