For a field in my form I used the datepicker, but in some cases it is better to be able to type the date (if this is longer ago).
How can I do this?

Hi Pokemon,

You could possible do this - but you then have to add very good date validation to make sure that the date is correct. You might be better using a three-drop-down (day + month + year) date-picker. There is an example in the forums here.
