display submiter email as email sender on his webmail

My client would like when he receive a form on his webmail to just hit the reply button and answer to his client, actually the sender is the joomla administrator email.

what should I had to "setup emails" ?

Please add Dynamic ReplyTo Name & Dynamic ReplyTo Email elements to the Email setup. Put the names of the Name and Email inputs from the form into the boxes with no brackets or quotes.

Fromname : my site title
FromEmail : my site email
Dynamic ReplyTo name : text_20 (field where user enters his name)
Dynamic ReplyTo Email : text_18 (field where user enters his email)

I think there's an extra field that doesn't make work my dynamic reply to email
