undelete/ restore deleted form: How to ...

I deleted all forms in error. 😶
The tables are present. How can I undelete/ restore the forms?

All of the forms are stored in four database tables jos_chronocontact, jos_chronocontact_elementss, jos_chronocontact_emails, jos_chronocontact_plug-ins, If you restore these from a database backup then you should get all the forms back.
