when I create a form using the wizard and then add code in the html box (as <b> and </b>), then go back to the wizard, it destroys the code added in html. Is there a fix?

There's not a fix for this :-( The Wizard has its own version of the form code tucked away. Hence the warning when you use Wizard Edit.

You can keep an unedited copy of the form, edit that with the Wizard and copy and paste the changes over into the Form HTML.
