Error HTTP501/505 on saving form if an email is arranged

hy!

got a problem with new installation of cronoforms 3.2.0 on Joomla 1.5.20

if i create a new form without setting up an email, everything works fine.
but if i set up an email and would save the form, i get error (http 501 not implemented / 505 version not suported) on ie 8. chrome gives me error 501...

where should i begin my error search?

Not sure - not an error I've seen before.

You possibly have the MooTools Upgrade Plugin enabled. This is an optional plug-in that enables the MooTools 1.2 library on your site.

If you disable the plug-in then ChronoForms may run correctly.

the error is present if mootool uprade plugin is disabled or enabled. i installed an older component an the error is also present...

on my localhost it works perfect - so the problem is my serverconfiguration. you got a hint for me?

I'm sorry, I have no idea.

If it is a red-box Joomla! 501 message then there may be a clue in the text in the box. Or possibly the server logs will help?
