I don't know what's wrong, I created a file that worked, then I made edits or something and it disappeared. I have now started it all over twice and now it appears, but doesn't work. The form is enabled, I tried to enable uploads (screen shot attached[attachment=0]uploads.jpg[/attachment], captcha, etc. I try to test the form and I get the form back with an "x" and the #1. (image attached).

Can someone PLEASE [attachment=1]form.jpg[/attachment]

There's a bug in the current release with form uploads. Please see this post.

Thanks, that helps somewhat, but no images are being uploaded to the folder I told it to go to? When I get the form, it doesn't have a file indicated and the folder is empty.

Hi Dawn,

Please turn Debug on in the Form General tab and cut and paste here the output you get when you submit the form.
