Form not working

The form has stopped working! A few days ago will no longer send emails. I tried to change the admin adress but not the form data are sent. I also bought a license, but nothing changes. What could have happened?

It sounds as though you have made some change that has broken the form emails.

Please turn debug on in the form General Tab, then submit the form and post the debug - including the 'dummy emails' results here.
