Confirmation Email: {vlink} doesn't work

I've created a form to search houses or villas. i've a real estate website. This form allows me to save name,password and email in joomla.
But, when the verification email arrives, has a vlink that doesn't work

i use this text {vlink}
it doesn't work

It send me to a page with http 500 error

I filled the form and got the email but there is no vlink in there at all.
