I have a form which the user fill up:

Name
Surname
Email
City
Tel
Notes

When user clicks to submit the form, an email is send to me. The email from name, and the email from is what I puted into the form setting, by hand!

I want when I receive that email, to have as sender the Name Surname field which user gave, and I want that email which I receive to shown as the "email" field SEND IT, and not the custom email which I give into chronoform setting.

I hope to understand what I want to do.. anyone can help??

Use the static From Email with an address that matches the site domain name and use a Dynamic ReplyTo Email element for the user email and a Dynamic ReplyTo name for their name.

the dynamic email reply will be same field from the form fields?

nope is not working.

I put just the field name: text_1 or {text_1}
and I get as email or name the: text_1 as characters. Is doens work like dynamic field.

CAn you please check it and reply me, how I can do that?

Please check that you are using a Dynamic To element and insert the input name in the box without quotes or brackets.
