I think it's because you have type='Text' in the inputs instead of type='text'

I've moved this thread from the ChronoComments to the ChronoForms forum.

The form without the template validates correctly. The template uses jQuery which conflicts with the MooTools library that Joomla! uses unless it is carefully set up. Please see this FAQ
