Extraneous data in emailed form

Hi All,
below is an example of the email I receive when the form has been submitted
for some reason it includes
<http://www.lockedinbutigotout.co.uk//components/com_chronocontact/css/images/tooltip.png>
and
"If you selected 'other' please specify"
Any idea?

Hi Phil,

The data sumbitted from the form looks OK (asuming that I found the right form). So please check the email template and see if there is some junk that's found it's way in there.
