afterform submission wont work with redirect

Hi all,

Just a quick one,

My "after form submission" text stops working if I also choose a redirect url in the form wizard.
Is this normal?
I like the fact that I can have the fields in the form submission thanks message, but would like the message to be displayed on the redirect page.
Is this possible?
the link to the form is:

then click on the "click here to make booking" link on the left.

Can't see the site at the moment but please check that you have a ReDirect URL set and not a Suybmit uRL?

site is online again.
definitely using the redirect no submit url.
each time that a redirect is selected the thankyou message (after submit message) does not show.
when I remove the redirect url, it then shows again.

Hi Anthony,

Sorry - it was late in the evening when I read the previous message. That is the expected behaviour. If you use a ReDirect URL than the user is redirected there and the thank you message doesn't show.

If you want both then you can use a System message to display on the ReDirected page; or you can use a timed redirect in the OnSubmit After box.
