To help some of you getting started, I've attached a text file containing the complete configuration of a form.
It also has a few nice addons:
[list]Form check for required fields
Show image verification only to visitors, not registred users
Add dynamic email addresses and a dynamic subject
Template to send the email [/list]
Everything is commented, so make sure to read the comments (especially in the Form HTML).

Big woops, just saw that in the general tab there is an error with the default emailadresses. I wrote a field name there instead of an emailaddress. The fieldnames are only for the next tab.

btw. Thanks for adding the tutorial. I've made this tutorial because a lot of people don't know the true strength of ChronoForms and use Performs instead.
