How to display form-entries in a sortable table

Hi,

In my site I provide members an option to upload information using a form:
http://www.dhakacarowners.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=56&Itemid=75

I want to have a table in the site where certain fields of these submissions from members will be displayed (sortable). What should I Do?

By the way, I also installed chronoConnectivity...but cannot figure out how it is going to display what from my form-entries
