Dealing with a person's signature

rcadmin 02 Nov, 2010
I need some ideas on this one.

We are wanting to use Chronoforms and Chronoconnectivity to allow international students to enrol at our school.

There are basically four forms.
1) Application form
2) Guardian declaration
3) Medical declaration
4) Tuition agreement

The issue is that a legal signature is needed on the forms.

I am thinking so doing the following:
1) Create the forms
2) Create a link using Chronoconnectivity which creates a page using the e-mail and student name as a search key. This page will have a list of the uid's for each entry with a single declaration that the information associated with those ids is not only correct but will be be upheld... (or something liked that). This single page can then be signed and faxed/e-mailed to the school and kept on file with the rest of the documentation.

Does this seem like a good way to do it or does someone have some other ideas?

Hi rcadmin,

I am not a lawyer, it sounds OK to me.
