hi, im afraid ive done something to one of my forms, its a very simple with just heading, a name and date of birth required the name is ok bit the date of birth just says text 2, any ideas what ive done?

Hi Bob thanks for the offer on the help, we decided to just create a new form as there was not a great deal of content.... the new form works a treat, keep up the good work ...many thanks Gary
