Multipage and Mambot

mavbritton 26 Oct, 2010
Hi

I've got the multipage working as a component, no probs. Thought I would install the Mambot and try it in an article.

No luck, should it work?

I receive the error "There is no form with this name". I've tried the Mother form and one of the internal forms and get the same error.

Kind regards

Hi Mav,

I don't think I've ever tried running a multi-page form from the Mambot. That said, I think the first page at least should work OK?

I guess I'd put a link in the article to the multi-page form.

Thanks for your response.

I have tried loading the mother form but to no avail.

Hi Mav,

OK, then I think I'd link from the article to the form.

Hi Bob

How do you mean 'link' from the article to the form?

I have just created a seperate form that is not part of a multipage form on a different page and it still is not finding the form using the plugin. I'm sure I must be doing something wrong.

I have just uninstalled the plugin, downloaded the plugin again (double checking I got the 1.5 version), reinstalled the plugin, enabled the plugin in Plugin Manager- no joy?

Thanks

Mav

Just added a module using the same form and it is appearing as I would have expected.

Hi Mav,

Sorry, I missed this post earlier.

By all means email or PM me the site URL and a SuperAdmin login and I'll take a quick look.

Hi Bob

I've managed a workaround with the template that I am using by publishing a module in a position within an article. http://www.joomlajunkie.com/demo/

At the moment the site has gone in for compliance approval and should be live in about 10 days so i'll let you know when it's back up.

Thanks

Mav
