Error http 501 http 505

Good afternoon. I have installed on my server the component chronoform. I have created a form, I have created a table that I have to link to form, but after I have select field and save it, the browser show me a white page where it write "error http 501 http 505" Why? How do i make to solve this problem? what have i to adapt? Thanks for your answer. Andrea
