Hi,

I have enabled file upload for one of my forms. It works intermittently.

The files are attached for few people submitting the form but does not work for all of them.

For people whose files do not get attached, I just get this

H:\HUMAN RESOURCES\decision check responses 05jun06.doc
F:\RESUMES\ABC XYZ RESUME MD.doc

It seems that if the file is not on C:\ or if it is on the network drive for the person visiting the page, it does not get uploaded but just the location comes through the email.

Anyone facing a similar issue? Is there some setting I need to check or could it be a browser bug?

Hi Neel.

As far as I know the File Upload dialogue doesn't block files from other drives (it's browser based, nothing especially to do with ChronoForms). I notice that both example have spaces in the names and remember (a long time ago) that someone reported a problem with IE (6 or 7 I think) and file names like this. I don't recall now what the fix was.

What does the Form DeBug report show for this kind of upload?
