Cannot add To or CC

I have a total of 6 fields right now on my form, all is working great.

The problem I am having is when I attempt to add another To or a CC field.

I drag the item over to the left, and type in the email address that I want to send to. I've also ensured that the email is enabled by selecting Enable, and clicking Apply.

After saving the form, the To and / or any additional CC will not stick, it just disappears.

I've also noticed that if I look at the Forms Management page, it says Emails: Enabled: 1, Disabled: 3.

There are 3 red boxes below my form elements, but when I click on them, I'm not allowed to set No to Yes where it says "Enabled" - the option is unavailable to me to choose.

Is this a bug or am I missing something?

I think I figured it out - in order to add more Tos or CCs, I had to create a new email, and drag items onto it until it turned green.
