There's no form at that URL and you don't say where the characters are changing? In the form, the database, the email?

There's a character set mismatch somewhere. Can't say more with this info.

There's still a character set problem somewhere. I can’t actually work out what is in the form as if I go to the Form URL I see an empty page.

Please take a Form Backup using the icon in the Forms Manager and post it here (as a zipped file) or PM or email it to me and I'll take a closer look.

Your MySQL code is causing the problem - I don't know where. If you use the Joomla! code the character set is fine.

Ah yesterday i click in error on Upgrade SQL and Load Demo Form
in chrono forms and that was the cause of the problem
