Emails not being received

Not going to spam folder either. When I initially set this up, 8 months ago, i'm pretty sure I tested all this and to work properly. No settings have been changed since. It seems sometimes mail gets through - sometimes it doesn't.

The domain is redrivermotorcycletrails.com
the emails were coming from @rrmtinc.com
I then changed them to an @redrivermotorcycletrails.com address, with no luck.
Just created a gmail account and setup the SMTP settings in joomla for this gmail account and still nothing.

Is there anyway to test the mail functionality of joomla itself or the forms them selves? I'm almost at a loss here. I have another component that uses mail and i'm having the same issues with it. Sometimes the mail comes through, sometimes it doesn't. It's hosted with GoDaddy. Currently, all the send to email addresses for forms and notifications and send from are all gmail accounts.

My first check for emails is to use the Email a Friend link on one of the article pages. This is pretty robust. If that email does't arrive then you need to debug the site Email setup. If it does arrive them focus on the ChronoForms setup.
