"You are not allowed to access this URL"

Hi, after making the mistake of naming a form with a hypen, many hours later I now have the form sorted out and working. The problem is, when a non-registered user submits the form, they get the following message:

"You are not allowed to access this URL"

Registered users, such as the admin, are able to fill out the form and receive the thank-you message. Please help, I have a deadline to have this site ready by tomorrow. I can't put the form url in a public forum, but if someone can help me I can email it to you privately.

Thanks in advance.

Hi Kriszti,

You can email or PM me the site details but it's close to midnight here and I won't be able to look at it until tomorrow morning.

Hi, I just wanted to share, in case others are searching for the answer is that I had to switch 'CHECK TOKEN' to the off position under the general tab. This fixed the problem. This info was amazingly hard to find.
