I have a form which will be filled out by registered users of my client's site. Their Community Builder profile contains fields for their default address. When a user submits this form, I would like to include in the email their default address from their CB profile. Is this at all possible? If so, can you point me in the right direction?

Yes it possible, but I don't use CB so can't tell you how. I think that the answer has been posted here before though.
