hi, i really need help for this thing..
i have a multi page form (4 pages), and i'd like to add email verification on it. So, i set up email verification on its mother form, but, what i got is
And the records are split according to each child form.
FYI: my Multi page form works well before i set up email verification. And the email address field that used on dynamic To is on page 1.
is that value of fields on page 1 being hidden on the next page? Why this notification happen where the address is hidden?

This usually means that your site does't have access to working mailserver configured. Are you running on a test server like XAMPP or MAMP?

That's the second problem we've seen with the Multi-Page and Email Verification plug-ins running together. It looks as though they may be incompatible :-(
