I've searched through the forum and google for a thread relating to my problem with no luck. I think the search keywords "date" & "field" are just too generic.
My problem is probably very noobish. I set up a form with various text fields, a datetimepicker and a file upload button.
When I tested the form myself, the page functioned correctly and I recived all the data from the form as well as the file upload BUT - the date information came in as "{due}" and not the date I chose on the page with the datetimepicker.
To be sure I wasn't making any obvious mistakes, I deleted the form I created and added a Datetimepicker to the basic demo form. Now I'm not even getting the {due} message.. it's simply blank as if I never added the datetimepicker.
Here is a link to the form on my site and thank you in advance for any help.

Even to be pointed in the right direction to find instructions on how to correctly set up a datetimepicker would be appreciated.

Hi darkscape ,
Looking at the form the date input is called {date_5} and not {due}.

Thanks for the speedy reply. Initially, when I set up my own custom form, the date field was labeled "date_20" and it delivered:
date
{due}
I then deleted that form and simply added a datetimepicker to the supplied basic demo form.
that one is labeled date_5
so recapping, my custom form delivered {due} and the basic demo form with added datetimepicker delivered nothing.

Hi darkscape,
Hmmm - I'm now very confused about what form and what input we are talking about . . .
If you add a new input to an existing form then you also have to edit the Email Template for the result to be included.
