Hi adilkassim,
Sorry but there's not enough information here to give you a good answers. Both these features work OK if they are correctly configured.
Please see the E-mail tutorial here for the correct Email setup.
Please check that you have the Joomla! Registration plug-in enabled on the form Plug-ins tab (a *green* bar is enabled)

Hi adilkassim,
OK - the message means that Joomla! doesn't see a password. Do you have a password field on the form?

Hi Bob
This is Adil logging in from a group administrator account for our website
Our form is still not operational. we have followed the tutorial for creating a joomla registration page to the letter and have repeated it several times.
To date we have got the following
(i) the form runs to completion but the use is NOT created
(ii) the form indicates that the password in the password and verify password fields is not the same
(iii) the form indicates that the password is still required despite us having entered in both
password and verify password field
the forms that we tried can be access at the following
http://www.edc-smcci.sg/index.php?option=com_chronocontact&chronoformname=NewRegn
http://www.edc-smcci.sg/index.php?option=com_chronocontact&chronoformname=New_RegnAM

Hi Adil,
I can't tell much from the front-end.
By all means email or PM me the site URL and a SuperAdmin login and I'll take a quick look.

Hi Adil,
You had VPassword in the plug-in configuration from the password confirmation field but the field name in the form was was vPassword. Fixed and working OK now I think.

Hi Bob,
thank you for your assistance. Im glad we got that moving already. We are now trying to create a form which will also send email notifications to us but it seemed rather impossible. Under the email properties during the email set-up we noticed that the enabling option is greyed (ie we cannot enable the email)
Is there a way for us to enable the email?

thank you and really appreciate your assitance

Hi Adil,
If that is greyed out then ChronoForms thinks that the Setup is incomplete or incorrect.
Please check the Email Tutorial from the Tutorials page.
