I'm new to ChronoForms, have created a form, but I'm unable to create a table. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.

I select my form, click "Create Table", but all I see is: (I don't see the other fields from the form)

Table Name:
Field Name
cf_id
uid
recordtime
ipaddress
cf_user_id


Any thoughts? Thank you in advance for any help provide, it is greatly appreciated.

Hi Strega,

You have to select the other inputs. **Green** bars are selected, red bars are unselected.

As much reported here it's very bad UI design.
