Hi all,
I'm a new user to use chronoforms. But i got some problem to design
multi form as per attachment. can somebody advise me...

Copy the HTML using 'View Source'; paste it into the Form HTML box then edit as required.

But can I use Dreamweaver CS5 to design that layout and then paste the code to
the Chronofroms.. It is working...

Yes, you can use any HTML editor to create the form. Just remember to copy the code *between* the <form> and </form> tags and not the tags themselves.
