Random ! or HTML tag in Email dispatch [User Resolution]

Ok, so here is an explanation of how I caused this bug to occur.

1.) I created the Form using the Form Wizard
2.) I started playing with 'confirmation page' then disabled it.
3.) I decided I wanted to to add custom HTML so I started editing Form Code.
4.) I used 'Email Templates' to manually adjust the dispatched email.

Now a random ! gets dynamically thrown in the generated email, and sometimes a HTML tag will display in the email or sometimes half the email text will have strike-through on top on the text in the dispatched email.

HTML looks normal.

However all variables pass perfectly...

RAWR! Lol.

1) I re-enabled confirmation plugin, saved.
2) Disabled confirmation plugin, saved.

Problem seems to be corrected. I assumed it was bugged somehow with the WYSIWYG ability of the confirmation plugin. Which is odd as I had the WYSIWYG turned off in all instances.
