need to make a quiz form.

Hi
i need to make a quiz form ie i have all the fileds ready now i know what points are there for each questions
what i need to do is simply show these points to the user after he clicks the button submit.
How can i do this
please help with the method or the code i need to put
like say 3 checkboxex user selects a c and b so the points are like 10,20 and 15
Now after this user submits this form i need him to see 35 as his points with some message
like you got 35 points
how to do this
