I wish I could upgrade this site, but I cannot, so need to know how to put something into the email that is constructed during the onsubmitb4code. Based on the form input, various operations are done, and i want to include that in the confirmation email, but can't find/remember how to do it in the early version. (joomla 1.0, CF 2.3)

It's a long time since I looked at a Joomla! 1.0 site but I think that you can do it my adding variables to the $_POST array.

I tried that first with no luck, so since the whole site will be a rewrite one day, I looked at the code to "fix" it myself. OnSubmitCodeb4 is executed before the mail is sent, but AFTER it is constructed, so it didn't consider my changes to $_POST. It's about three lines, so I moved it just above the email construction - worked like a charm.

Thanks though, really wasn't expecting any followup on the older version..
