chronoconnectivity not save all data

Hello,
I use chronoconnectivity,
when I create a new record, I save everything, but does not save such recordtime, ip etc..
Help me please.

Soory I have no idea. I would expect these columns to be filled automatically if they exist in the table.

you need to turn ON the Email the results ? to YES in your form. it is under Main setting.
