Changing the CC menu item link

Where is the file to change the link in the menu item for CC? I would like to have a menu show/not show when accessing the edit record function so I believe I need to amend the link in the menu item link field.

Sorry. No idea. I usually revert to using Jumi snippets to set the style of menu items to display or not when I need to do this.
