Receive old chronoform results by email?

Dear reader,

I currently found out that our e-mail settings for one chronoform were not correct. During the last month we did not receive any results by e-mail (that's what made me wonder if everything was okay). The e-mail settings are now okay, and have been tested.

This chronoform was asking our website visitors to subscribe to an event coming saturday. Is it possible to receive the results from users that filled in this chronoform during the previous month august? I have no clue how many people to expect for this event! SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME OUT!

Hi Manon,

I'm very sorry but unless you saved the info in a database table* then the info is lost. If you have historic site logs then you could possibly track back the number of times that the form has been submitted, that's all I can suggest.

* It's always worth doing this as it is much more reliable than e-mail for important info.
