I need to insert in the bottom of every article a bottom to request information about the article.
So this bottom will rediredct the user to a form made with chronoform.
But the things I need is that one field of the form contains the title of the article which has redirected the user to the form.
Is there any plugin or I have to develop one?

There are a couple of recent threads here on getting article titles (you probably actually want the article id which is available from the url, then look up the title in the database).

You'll find most of the code here but yes, you'll need to develop the link. You can do that with Jumi or with a little ChronoForm if you prefer.
