Can I recover submitted data?

Big Bad Media 20 Aug, 2010
Ok,

So I started to use a re-direct component but set it to redirect "/index.php" to "/" without understanding that it re-directs any url involving "/index.php" which I think at this stage is involved in quite a few actions.

I haven't received any data that was submitted via the form during this period, emails weren't sent and nothing in the forms DB table. Is there any way at all for me to recover submissions made if they presumably were unable to process properly because of the redirect?

Great product, entirely my fault but PLEASE help.

Cheers,

Col

Hi Col,

Sorry, if ChronoForms didn't see the results it can't have done anything with them so I'm afraid that they are lost.

Out of curiosity what was the Redirect component you were using? index.php is used in the base (non SEO) URL of about every link on the site.

Figured as much. Thanks anyway.

It is ReDJ, I'm using SEF Urls so on the surface everything was going fine but things were going slow here and there and I think this explains it. Again it was entirely my fault, it isn't set to do that out of the box or anything.

Thanks again Bob.

Cheers,

Col
