Email template to field

I have my form setup and am able to email the info from the form to an email address (used the "to" field in the email template). However, it appears the "to" field, will only take an email address. Is there a way to put the person's name on the template, and not just the email address? The email will always be going to the same person.

No there isn't, I'm not sure why not though.

PS It looks as though To Name isn't enabled in the Joomla sendMail class or possibly in the version of PHP Mailer Joomla is using.
