I set up ChronoForms so that form submissions would be saved to a table as well as sent by email. When I open up the correct table under the "Tables Connected" field, all I get is form results for these fields:

cf_id
uid
recordtime
ipaddress
cf_user_id

I don't need this info.

There is nothing for the user-created fields: test_5, text_6, radio0, text_9, text_10.

This info is not being written to the table.

Any ideas?

Hi Rick,

My best guess is that when you used Create Table you didn't slect the form inputs (shown in red) and so they weren't included in your table.

Drop the table from the Tables Manager and create it again and this time make sure that all the inputs you want included have green bars.
