Problem in IE

joomlawhiz 10 Aug, 2010
Whenever someone fills out our form in FireFox, everything works normally. However, in Internet Explorer, we get an error that says "Please select one of the options."

All of the fields have been filled. Nothing appears to be missing.

The url is http://www.mgblnj.com/enroll

If you need the code or anything please let me know. I really appreciate all of your help.

Thanks!

I have more insight into the problem, not no solution. IE is some how causing there to be a 2nd check box, (even though there is only supposed to be one). If falls within the paragraph, almost hidden unless you could somehow find to click it. How do I get rid of it?

Please see attached screen shot.

Thanks!

Hi,
This is an issue with the RocketTheme Form Styling. Roughly put, it replaces the actual checkbox with a background image looking like a checkbox, simply changing the vertical offset as the "checkbox" is clicked. Since your text spans multiple lines, the form input gets too large, and you see the next part of the image holding the "checked checkbox".

Also, IE does not deal well with non-rendered form inputs, as it does not update the actual checkbox, but only the above mentioned background image.

Simplest solution, disable the Form Styling in your Template setup.
