Duplicate Radio Button Field Names

Friends,

I have created a form, then went back in and added a few more radio buttons. I deleted the e-mail coding so that the form would create its own after I had added the new fields.

Now I am getting duplicate radio button names for different radio button fields. Can you tell me how I can rename radio buttons so I have no duplicate naming?

Open the Form Editor | Form Code tab | Form HTML box and edit the Form HTML directly.

I think that it might be best if a form was created and never changed. Possibly that is the difficulty here.
