requiered fields

hi
i choose some fields to be requiered to fill but still the form get sent without them filled.
what do i miss ?

None of the JavaScript files required for the validation are being loaded.

Do you have Validation turned on in the Form Editor Validation tab?

PS Your template also appears to be loading JQuery and possibly blocking MooTools which will cause problems that need to be fixed.

PPS The 'Name' field has an incorrect class with a dash before required.
