I think that ChronoComments can do what I want.
That I want is something like 99designs.com
For example: I'll open a competition with writing and publicizing a new article, and then, my members will have to upload a picture. They will only can participate if they upload a picture.
Optional: The competitor(not me, but a member that he has some rights)would be able to rate all the images, one by one.
Also, I want to have a countdown.
Can ChronoComments work for me in this way?
