ChronoForms installation problems

Hi,
Firstly I would like to say congratulation for the utilities!

About my problem now...
I try to install ChronoForms_V3.1_RC5.5.zip and I am getting the error:
* JFTP::store: Bad response
* Warning! Failed to move file.
* JFTP::mkdir: Bad response
* Unable to create destination
I installed OK all the other plugins, modules, and Chrono Connectivity component without problem....

Only with ChronoForms_V3.1_RC5.5.zip I have the problem...
Any suggestion please?

Hi pras,

This seems to happen when you have FTP enable for your site and the permissions don't quite match up. Try turning FTP off in your site Global Configuration.

Hi GreyHead and thank you for the prompt post...

I already did that but no luck...

I finally solve it by installing the site "localhost" make the installation and then restore it to "air" (database too).

I didn't have any problems with any other component before... even with FTP enabled.

Anyway... all now is OK.😀
